Payment
Lumenteal accepts payment through PayPal, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Shipping
Items are generally shipped within three business days. Please allow two to three weeks for custom orders.
I will ship your order to the address listed on your PayPal order. Please confirm your address when placing your order.
Lumenteal currently ships only to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition.

I will only use your contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, or to share shop news (unsubscribe anytime!). I will never share your information with third parties.
